The Masters coxed four crew of Graham Barks, Ian Davis, Peter Dolby and Dave Truss recorded a win, again coxed by Evie Carlisle. The Peterborough IM3 coxed eight managed a second place finish, and Graham Barks and Dave Truss put in a respectable performance in the Masters doubles to take fourth place.
At home, Peterborough played host to the Junior Inter-Regional Regatta (JIRR) Eastern Region heats. Tom Marshall and Tom Nash secured their place in the national competition with their J14 double taking the fastest time in both runs. Megan Stoker saw off fourteen competitors to win the women’s J16 single sculls, again coming first in both runs.
